Historic Charm and Friendly Faces

The history and charm of the building are unmatched. I got a tour of the medieval crypt below the inn, part of a monastery from 1180, next to the church! Fires burn warmly in the fireplaces.
The stairs to the room were a little challenging. The facilities seem a bit tired and could benefit from an upgrade to warrant the room cost.

The hotel is close to a bus stop, offering easy access to nearby attractions. A grocery store is conveniently located next door. This offers easy access to anything you might need. The position is very convenient.

The full English breakfast was fantastic! Every dish was prepared with fresh ingredients and served with care. The pub offered a great selection of real ales and beers, all served at the perfect temperature.

The staff were friendly and always ready to respond to queries and requests, quickly. Each guest is treated as an individual, so the breakfast options are tailored to specific needs. The attention to detail was really good!!!

The staff was genuinely friendly and always ready to help. Their kindness added a special touch to my stay. I found the provided white towels and bedding clean, a detail i always appreciate. I especially enjoyed spending evenings in the charming pub.
The stairs presented a bit of a challenge. Particularly when carrying luggage, IT would have been nice to have assistance.

The hotel offers great access to nearby attractions, with bus stops conveniently located right outside. A large supermarket is also close, which makes it easy to buy essentials. The bus stop has a direct line to seven sisters.

The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly, assisting with all requests promptly and efficiently. Emily checked me in and gave me a tour of the cellars. She answered all my questions about the building.

the full english breakfast was delicious. i especially liked the variety. the staff were friendly and helpful (always smiling!). the location was convenient for exploring the area.
the stairs to the room were quite steep. this was a little difficult with luggage. the bathroom could use some updating. i noticed a few stains on the shower tiles.

the standard double room was spacious. fresh milk and water were provided in the fridge. the mattress and pillows were comfortable (i slept like a baby!).
the stairs to the room were a bit challenging. the toilet had a sanitary box, i thought it smelled a bit off. the facilities seemed dated and tired, they could use some upgrades.
